Three things, clearly.

  • Which one or two facets, once developed, unlock the rest.
  • What a practical first step looks like for your current role.

Where this comes from

Informed by leadership competency research and public-domain frames used in Indian leadership development.

The Leadership Readiness Profile measures five facets of leadership behaviour: vision casting, coaching and people development, delegation and empowerment, decision-making under pressure, and ethical or servant orientation. Item content is grounded in the published research on transformational and servant leadership: Carless's Global Transformational Leadership scale (1995 GTL), Sendjaya's Servant Leadership Behaviour Scale (2008 SLBS), Kouzes and Posner's Leadership Practices Inventory (1995 LPI), and the Bass-Avolio Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (1995 MLQ). Items are original, written from construct definitions; the report cites the source instruments. The construct is leadership emergence, which is appropriate at any career stage, not only after the first management title.

For the most useful read

Take this when you can give it your real answers.

The report is most useful when it reflects who you actually are. Take it when you have a quiet block of time, on your own, and let your first instinct answer.
