What you will learn
Three things, clearly.
- Where you sit on each of the five factors and thirty facets.
- Which combinations are quiet strengths in your kind of work.
- Which combinations need a careful workaround, and what that looks like.
A flavour of the report
An example insight, in the voice of your report.
Your high score on Achievement-Striving paired with a moderate score on Order is a reliable engine for finishing what you start, as long as your calendar has the structure your Order does not naturally provide.
Where this comes from
Grounded in IPIP-NEO-120, the public-domain Five Factor inventory used in research across more than thirty countries.
WorkStyle DNA is based on the Five-Factor Model, the most widely replicated personality framework in modern psychology. Item content is drawn from the IPIP-NEO-120 (Johnson, 2014), a public-domain measurement set used in research across more than 200 universities, with mean facet reliability above 0.80 on a sample of more than 610,000 respondents. We score and report all thirty facets, not just the five broad domains, because facets predict workplace behaviour more precisely.
For the most useful read
Take this when you can give it your real answers.
The report is most useful when it reflects who you actually are. Take it when you have a quiet block of time, on your own, and let your first instinct answer.
Time policy: You can start, take a break, and finish over the next seven days.
