Workplace harassment or coercion
Sexual harassment, bullying, coercion, retaliation for speaking up. The Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act (2013) requires every workplace of ten or more employees to have an Internal Complaints Committee. If your company's committee is the problem, or you cannot reach them, these external channels still apply. You do not need your employer's permission to use any of them.
