ManaSmurti does not use any third-party cookies of any kind. This means:

• No advertising networks track your activity on ManaSmurti.
• No social media buttons, widgets, or tracking pixels are embedded on our pages.
• No third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar) set cookies on our Platform.
• No cross-site tracking or fingerprinting is performed.
• Your browsing activity on ManaSmurti is not shared with any advertising or data brokerage service.

If we introduce any new cookies (including analytics) in the future, this policy will be updated with full details before any new cookies are set, and you will be notified.

In addition to cookies, ManaSmurti uses the following browser storage mechanisms for functional purposes only:

• Local Storage: Used to store your theme preference on the client side for instant page rendering. Contains no personal information.

We do not use session storage, IndexedDB, web beacons, tracking pixels, or any other technology for tracking or profiling purposes.

Important: If you disable or delete the essential session cookie (manasmurti-session), you will not be able to log in to your ManaSmurti account. The Platform requires this cookie to function.

If you delete the functional theme cookie (manasmurti-theme), ManaSmurti will default to your system's preferred colour scheme on your next visit.

We may update this Cookie Policy if we add new features that require different or additional cookies. When we do, we will update the version date at the top of this page and notify registered users by email or through an in-app notice before any new cookies are set.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore (Bengaluru), Karnataka, India.
